The Silver Plan requires a minimum of 15 hours per month of Service

Gold
The Gold Plan requires a minimum of 30 hours per month of Service
You are billed a flat $85/hour for services provided from 8 am to 5 pm Monday thru Friday.
For After hours work the rate is $115 /hour

Platinum
The Platinum Plan requires a minimum of 50 hours per month of Service
You are billed a flat $80/hour for services provided from 8 am to 5 pm Monday thru Friday.
For After hours work the rate is $100/hour

Newstar / Fast Consulting
Rates start at $125 per hour for on-site work and $100 for remote support.
You will be billed for travel expenses at cost for auto, parking and air travel expenses. There is a $45 per day per diem for food expenses.
Our travel rate is $75 per hour for travel to your location. Return trip is free of charge to the customer.
We do everything possible to keep travel expenses to a minimum as there is no benefit to our clients.
